Looking for an adult commuting to the South Bay area for work, or a mature college student attending school in the area, or mature adult.  Non-smoker, no parties or overnighters.  We have a lovely, upstairs, furnished bedroom, with a queen size bed, bathroom down the hall, sliding glass door from bedroom to outside balcony. Parking in driveway.  We have 3 lovely, friendly dogs, a cat and a 6 year old daughter.  All utilities paid except phone.
